What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Prime Value offers — from strategy and concept to development and launch.
• Develop a long-term roadmap for enhancing existing benefits and introducing new ones aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Partner with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality experiences.
• Evaluate trade-offs and make high-judgment decisions to balance customer delight, operational complexity, and scalability.
• Use customer insights and behavioral data to inform benefit construct and optimize adoption and engagement.
• Partner with international teams to ensure global alignment while building locally relevant solutions.
• Represent Prime Value offers in leadership forums and contribute to planning processes like OP1/2, QBRs, and MBRs.

Who can apply

• - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• - Experience managing technical products or online services
• - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
