What you'll do

• Operation Lead – Role Overview
• The Operation Lead plays a pivotal role in driving efficiency and ensuring seamless partner operations across the network. Key responsibilities include:
• 1. Process Simplification – Streamline and optimize existing channel management processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce complexity.
• 2. DSP/Aggregator Communications – Lead structured and compliant communications with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and Aggregators, ensuring alignment with legal and compliance guidelines.
• 3. Track and drive closure of VAS services - pending insurance enrollments and wage registers for Delivery Associates, coordinating with DSPs to ensure 100% DA coverage within defined timelines.
• 4. Publish periodic reports on regulatory compliance status across the GSF partner network, highlighting gaps, risks, and progress against targets.
• 5. Work cross-functionally with Operations, Legal, Finance, and the TRC team to align on compliance standards and resolve partner-level blockers

Who can apply

• - 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
• - Bachelor's degree
• - Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• - Experience with Excel
