What you'll do

• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Advertising specialists covering five European markets.
• Set team dynamics and SOPs, including definition of the scorecard, aligned with SAS and Advertising teams.
• Set clear performance objectives, track performance, and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Identify training and development needs and implement upskilling initiatives.
• Provide one-to-one support and ongoing development to the team.
• Monitor team productivity and quality of work, and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with SAS and Advertising teams to identify issues and remove blockers.
• Analyze data to track team performance and inform decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve Advertising support for SAS-enrolled Sellers.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

Who can apply

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience within e-commerce, Retail, or Advertising fields
• Three or more years of professional non-internship marketing experience, preferably as a team lead in an Advertising organization
• Experience managing teams, helping them grow and deliver results
• Experience exceeding targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
• Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
• Experience with communication, presentation, and negotiation
• Strong analytical skills including Microsoft Excel
