What you'll do

Design flows and screens for defined product problems
Design every state, not only the successful one
Test designs with users and iterate on what you learn
Hand off to engineering and review the built result
Contribute components back to the design system
Flag risks and blockers early rather than at the deadline
Keep your tracker and status honest, including when something has slipped

Who can apply

B.Des/M.Des, B.F.A. or any degree with a strong design portfolio from a recognised university
0–2 years of relevant experience — internships, academic projects and personal work all count, and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Figma, User Flows, Wireframing
Comfort with Figma and a prototyping toolkit, and the ability to pick up an unfamiliar tool without waiting to be taught it
The judgement to know when a problem is yours to solve and when it needs escalating — and to escalate with the relevant detail attached.
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
