What you'll do

• - Expected to be an lead, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• - Responsible for team decisions.
• -Administer, monitor, and maintain the enterprise Cohesity backup infrastructure.
• -Manage backup policies, protection groups, retention policies, replication, archival, and recovery operations.
• -Perform backup validation and restore testing for virtual machines, databases, file systems, NAS, and enterprise applications.
• -Monitor backup health, storage utilization, replication status, and platform performance.
• -Perform capacity planning and optimize backup infrastructure utilization.
• -Execute platform upgrades, patching, firmware updates, and lifecycle management activities.
• -Coordinate Disaster Recovery (DR) testing and validate recovery objectives (RPO/RTO).
• -Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement permanent corrective actions.
