Who can apply

Bachelor’s degree / diploma in a relevant field (freshers welcome)
Working knowledge of Communication, Field Sales, Negotiation, Customer Relationship

Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana (or remote where applicable)

Interview & selection process

4 rounds — typical selection flow for this role:

1Application Screening — the Accenture recruitment team reviews your resume, skills and (where relevant) projects/portfolio for fit with the Field Sales Associate role in Hyderabad.
2Assessment / Assignment — a short practical task or case study to evaluate your sales skills.
3Technical / Functional Interview — a discussion of your skills, past work and a hands-on round relevant to Field Sales Associate.
