What you'll do

Research and write content to an editorial calendar
Optimise structure and headings for search intent
Edit and proofread your own and others’ work
Publish through the CMS and check rendering
Track performance and improve underperforming pieces
Flag risks and blockers early rather than at the deadline
Keep your tracker and status honest, including when something has slipped

Who can apply

Any graduate — B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA or equivalent from a recognised university
0–2 years of relevant experience — internships, academic projects and personal work all count, and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Content Writing, SEO Writing, Keyword Research
Comfort with a CMS, an SEO tool and an editing checklist, and the ability to pick up an unfamiliar tool without waiting to be taught it
The judgement to know when a problem is yours to solve and when it needs escalating — and to escalate with the relevant detail attached.
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
