What you'll do

Handle guest check-in, check-out and reservations
Manage the front desk and answer queries
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Maintain guest records in the PMS
Ensure a warm, professional first impression
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree/diploma
Working knowledge of Front Desk Operations, Guest Handling, Communication, PMS (Opera/IDS)
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Panaji, Goa
