Who can apply

  • Pursuing or recently completed MBA/BBA/B.Com/B.E./B.Tech/BA — 2026 freshers & final-year students welcome
  • Working knowledge of Customer Onboarding, CRM Tools, Ticketing Systems (or a genuine willingness to learn them)
  • Strong fundamentals in your discipline and clear problem-solving ability
  • Care with detail and the discipline to document your work
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English
  • Based in or willing to work from Mumbai, Maharashtra

Perform End-To-End Workflow Validation Across Enterprise Applications. Verify Bug Fixes and Conduct Regression Testing After Issue Resolution. Collaborate Closely With Software Engineers and Product Managers To Improve Product Quality. Perform Cross-Browser and Responsive Web Application Testing. Validate User Interface Consistency, Workflows, and Usability. Test Apis, Backend Integrations, and Data Validation Where Applicable.
