What you'll do

• Build and maintain Excel workbooks for FO route planning, territory coverage, and visit schedules.
• Clean, validate, and organize location and operational data (addresses, zones, markets, visit frequency, priorities).
• Create route maps and territory layouts using Excel (tables, pivots, conditional formatting) and/or mapping tools (e.g., Google Maps) as directed.
• Support route optimization by grouping stops by geography, time windows, and FO capacity.
• Produce weekly and daily planning sheets for FOs: who visits where, in what order, and with what targets.
• Track coverage gaps (uncovered businesses, overdue visits, imbalanced territories) and flag issues to the FO lead.
• Maintain documentation of assumptions, data sources, and version history for planning files.
• Incorporate feedback from FOs and managers to improve accuracy and usability of plans.
• Required Skills (Must-Have)
• Microsoft Excel: Intermediate-advanced: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation, named ranges, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, date logic.
