What you'll do

  • Identify and research schools, colleges and institutions as prospective clients
  • Support outreach to principals, HoDs, placement officers and training coordinators
  • Present the academy leadership and communication programmes to institutions
  • Generate, qualify and follow up on leads across the assigned territory
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing and awareness campaigns
  • Help produce promotional material and social media content
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations and follow-ups
  • Coordinate on-ground sessions and demonstrations at partner institutions
  • Track campaign outcomes and report on enquiry conversion

Who can apply

  • Freshers with a genuine interest in sales, marketing or business development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence approaching and presenting to institutional decision-makers
  • Ability to research and identify prospective schools and colleges
  • Discipline to maintain accurate lead and follow-up records
  • Comfort working towards outreach and conversion targets
  • Willingness to travel locally within the assigned Kerala territory
  • Interest in the education, training and skill-development sector
  • Collaborative approach to working with trainers and the marketing team
  • Available to work in Kannur or Kozhikode
