This is an operational role at its core: you'll build and run the systems, channels, and processes that let us recruit at scale, reliably and quickly.The right person is execution-oriented, thinks in funnels, and is comfortable with ambiguity. You won't just manage job postings you'll own the full pipeline infrastructure, diagnose conversion problems, manage external sourcing partners, and make sure the right candidates get to the right projects with minimal friction.This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. You'll work closely with the broader Growth team and directly with recruiters to set priorities and drive execution.
