Bosch is hiring a Lean Manufacturing Engineer in Nashik — a full-time engineering role working in VSM, kaizen and 5S frameworks, with an indicative CTC of 3 LPA–6.1 LPA and 2 openings.
B.E./B.Tech in Industrial, Production, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering graduates with 0–2 years of relevant experience, based in Nashik or willing to relocate. You should be comfortable with Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, able to work independently on a defined technical scope, and able to explain your reasoning in plain language. Freshers and 2026 graduates are explicitly welcome — real project, internship or workshop experience counts for more than years on a CV.
