2Online Coding / Technical Assessment — a timed test covering programming fundamentals, data structures, problem solving and basic PHP/Laravel/MySQL questions.
3Technical Interview — a live discussion of your projects and a hands-on coding/full-stack round (frontend + backend + database concepts) on Laravel (PHP) with a JavaScript/Vue frontend.
4Second Technical / System Design Round — deeper full-stack problem solving, API design, database modelling and code walkthrough with a senior engineer.
5HR / Managerial Discussion — a conversation about your interests, availability, learning goals and the internship offer with Open.
