What you'll do
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS for business functions
- Automate recurring reports with Excel, SQL and Power BI
- Validate data accuracy and reconcile against source systems
- Maintain reporting trackers and management dashboards
- Handle ad-hoc data requests within agreed turnaround
- Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
- Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Who can apply
- B.Com/BBA/B.Sc/BCA/B.E./B.Tech/MBA or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
- 0–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
- Working knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI
- Comfort with Advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI and with cleaning messy, real-world data
- Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
- Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
- Based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh or willing to relocate
