What you'll do
- Generate and qualify new business leads

Who can apply
- Bachelor’s degree / diploma in a relevant field (freshers welcome)
- Working knowledge of Communication, Sales, Lead Generation, CRM

- Based in or willing to relocate to Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh (or remote where applicable)

Interview & selection process
4 rounds — typical selection flow for this role:
- 1Application Screening — the Aurobindo Pharma recruitment team reviews your resume, skills and (where relevant) projects/portfolio for fit with the Business Development Associate role in Varanasi.
- 2Online Assessment — a timed test covering fundamentals, problem solving and basic Communication/Sales/Lead Generation questions.
- 3Technical / Functional Interview — a discussion of your skills, past work and a hands-on round relevant to Business Development Associate.
- 4Second Interview — a deeper discussion with the team lead / hiring manager on real scenarios and problem solving.
