About this internship

Spcl Infotech is hiring a DevOps Intern to join its engineering team in Pune and gain hands-on experience building and automating modern deployment pipelines. This is an excellent first opportunity for students and freshers who want to learn cloud infrastructure, containerisation and continuous delivery on real-world software projects. You will assist in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, containerising applications with Docker and orchestrating them with Kubernetes, and deploying and monitoring services on cloud platforms such as AWS. You will write automation scripts in Bash or Python, help manage version control with Git, troubleshoot build and deployment issues, and learn infrastructure-as-code practices — working closely with senior engineers in a fast-paced IT services environment.

Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Assist in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Containerise applications with Docker and deploy with Kubernetes
• Deploy, monitor and manage services on cloud platforms (AWS)
• Write automation scripts in Bash or Python for routine DevOps tasks
• Troubleshoot build, deployment and infrastructure issues

Who can apply

• Pursuing or completed a degree in CS, IT or related field
• Understanding of Linux, Git and basic networking
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD or cloud concepts (AWS preferred)
• Good scripting fundamentals (Bash or Python)
• Eagerness to learn modern DevOps tooling
