  • Handle customer queries via calls, chat and email
  • Resolve issues and escalate when needed
  • Log interactions accurately in the CRM

  • Collaborate with the team, document your work and act on feedback

Who can apply

  • Bachelor’s degree / diploma in a relevant field (freshers welcome)
  • Working knowledge of Communication, Customer Support, CRM, Problem Solving
  • 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication, ownership and a problem-solving mindset
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Aurangabad, Maharashtra (or remote where applicable)
