Who can apply

Bachelor’s degree / diploma in a relevant field (freshers welcome)
Working knowledge of Recruitment, Communication, MS Excel, Onboarding
0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
Strong communication, ownership and a problem-solving mindset
Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram, Haryana (or remote where applicable)

1Application Screening — the Verizon India recruitment team reviews your resume, skills and (where relevant) projects/portfolio for fit with the HR Executive role in Gurugram.
2Assessment / Assignment — a short practical task or case study to evaluate your human resources skills.
3Technical / Functional Interview — a discussion of your skills, past work and a hands-on round relevant to HR Executive.
4Second Interview — a deeper discussion with the team lead / hiring manager on real scenarios and problem solving.
