  • Analyse web traffic, funnels and conversion
  • Design and evaluate growth experiments
  • Build growth dashboards and reports
  • Identify acquisition and retention levers
  • Present growth insights to teams
  • Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

  • A relevant degree (B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA/MBA/M.Sc or similar)
  • Foundational knowledge of Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, A/B Testing
  • 0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong fundamentals welcome
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Based in or open to working from Pune
