What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end analytics for a business vertical or product line
  • Design metric frameworks and definitions the whole company uses
  • Review junior analysts' queries, dashboards and conclusions
  • Run deep-dive analyses that inform quarterly planning
  • Partner with data engineering on the datasets your team depends on
  • Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
  • Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
  • Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/B.Sc/MBA or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
  • 3–6 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — relevant hands-on experience required
  • Working knowledge of Advanced SQL, Python, Power BI
  • Comfort with SQL, Python and a modern BI stack and with cleaning messy, real-world data
  • Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Warangal, Telangana or willing to relocate

  3. 3Case study / take-home assignment on a real dataset, with a walkthrough of your approach
