• Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree/diploma (role-dependent, any stream where applicable)
• Foundational knowledge of MS Excel, Communication, Process Management, Coordination
• Good communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn
• Based in or open to working from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand (or remote where applicable)
• A portfolio, project or coursework you can show (a plus, not mandatory)
