What you'll do

  • Respond to and resolve IT support tickets
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues
  • Set up and maintain user devices and accounts
  • Escalate complex issues and track resolution
  • Maintain the IT asset and knowledge base
  • Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

  • Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree/diploma
  • Working knowledge of Troubleshooting, Windows/Linux, Networking Basics, Hardware Support
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
  • Based in or open to working from Candolim, Goa
