What you'll do

• Design, build and ship features across the stack under the guidance of senior engineers
• Write clean, well-tested, reviewable code and take part in daily code reviews
• Debug production issues, reproduce edge cases and fix defects with proper root-cause analysis
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to keep releases safe and regression-free
• Work with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, design discussions and retrospectives
• Profile and optimise slow endpoints, queries and screens for latency and reliability
• Document your modules, APIs and design decisions for the rest of the team

Who can apply

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/B.Sc in Computer Science, IT or a related engineering discipline
• 0–2 years of professional experience — 2023–2026 graduates and freshers with strong project work are encouraged to apply
• Strong programming fundamentals in at least one language (Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, C++ or Kotlin)
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, time/space complexity and problem solving
• Understanding of OOP, REST APIs, HTTP, JSON and client-server architecture
• Working knowledge of databases — SQL joins/indexes, and basic NoSQL concepts
• Familiarity with Git, branching, pull requests and collaborative development workflows
• Exposure to any modern framework (React, Node.js, Spring Boot, Django, Flask or React Native) through projects
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to explain your approach and ask good questions
• Genuine curiosity, ownership mindset and willingness to learn fast in a high-velocity team
