What you'll do

  • Complete the structured trainee technical and communication training
  • Develop, test and maintain software features on client product engagements
  • Work within an assigned technology track such as web, testing, cloud or data
  • Write clean, well-tested code following delivery quality standards
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint demonstrations
  • Support defect analysis, debugging and code reviews
  • Report progress accurately within the company's metrics-based delivery model

Who can apply

  • BE/BTech/MCA/MSc/BCA in CS, IT, ECE or a related branch
  • 2024 to 2026 graduating batch with consistent academic record
  • Strong programming fundamentals in Java, C++, Python or JavaScript
  • Sound data structures and object-oriented programming knowledge
  • Working understanding of SQL and database concepts
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Interest in product engineering, testing or cloud technologies
  • Good analytical and logical reasoning ability
  • Clear written and verbal communication for client interaction
  • Willingness to work from Pune, Hyderabad or Gandhinagar
