About this internship

Systems Plus is hiring an experienced Quality Engineer in Pune to drive advanced test automation and hands-on manual testing within an Agile/Scrum environment. This is a senior, full-time role (7+ years) for engineers passionate about quality, automation and continuous improvement. You will design, develop and maintain complex automated test suites using Java (Selenium) and TypeScript (Cypress), integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and lead functional, integration, system and regression testing. You will define test plans and standards, collaborate cross-functionally for full coverage, mentor junior testers and interns, and continuously optimise QA processes — with strong API (REST/SOAP/Postman/Rest Assured) and SQL testing expertise.

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s in CS/Software Engineering/IT with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced Java (Selenium) and TypeScript (Cypress) automation
• Strong API testing (REST, SOAP, Postman, Rest Assured) and SQL skills
• Git/GitHub/Bitbucket, Maven and CI tools (Jenkins)
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile; ISTQB a plus
