Clinical Data Associate – I

About this internship

ProRelix Research is hiring a Clinical Data Associate – I in Karve Nagar, Pune, to support clinical data management for clinical trials — ensuring accurate, complete, high-quality data in line with study protocols, SOPs and regulatory guidelines. You will review study protocols, CRFs and Data Management Plans; support CRF design, edit checks and EDC database setup; perform first- and second-pass data entry; and carry out data review and cleaning in EDC systems. The role also involves raising and tracking data queries with sites, supporting User Acceptance Testing, preparing study documents (DMP, database and edit-check specifications, test scripts, eCRF completion guidelines), and performing medical coding with MedDRA and WHO-DD under guidance, plus supporting database lock and archival. Best suited to candidates with a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Zoology (a clinical-research certification is a plus) and 0–1 year of experience; freshers with relevant internship exposure in clinical data management are welcome.
