  • setting up and running paid ad campaigns
  • analysing campaign performance and ROAS
  • A/B testing creatives and audiences
  • optimising for conversions and CPA
  • Collaborate with the team and document your work
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and act on feedback

Who can apply

  • Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree (stream depends on the role) — 2026 freshers & final-year students welcome
  • Foundational knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (or a strong willingness to learn them)
  • Good communication, problem-solving and a genuine eagerness to learn
  • Based in or willing to work from Pune
  • A portfolio, project or coursework you can show (a plus, not mandatory)
