About this internship

Markytics is hiring a motivated Python Django Developer Intern in Pune to build, test and maintain web applications using Python and Django, gaining hands-on experience in backend engineering, API development and database management. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining Django web applications; building and integrating RESTful APIs; designing and optimising database models and queries; collaborating with developers, analysts and product teams; debugging and troubleshooting; writing clean, scalable, well-documented code; participating in code reviews; and assisting with deployment and maintenance across environments. Required skills: basic Python, Django (MVC/MVT), REST APIs and web services, HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Bootstrap, relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and Git. Django REST Framework, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker and AI/ML exposure are a plus.
