Specialist – Data Sciences (Generative AI, AWS)

About this internship

LTM (a Larsen & Toubro company) is hiring a Specialist – Data Sciences focused on Generative AI on AWS, based in Pune. You will design, develop and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions using LLMs, build and optimise RAG-based applications with embeddings, vector databases and prompt engineering, and architect GenAI solutions on AWS services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, S3 and OpenSearch. You will develop production-grade APIs and microservices in Python (FastAPI/Flask), fine-tune and evaluate LLM outputs for accuracy and performance, integrate structured and unstructured data sources, and implement MLOps/LLMOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, logging, model governance) with a focus on security, scalability and cost optimisation. You will collaborate with data scientists, cloud architects and business stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to GenAI best practices and reusable frameworks. Mandatory skills: Python and Data Science. LTM never charges any fee from candidates for interviews or employment/internship.
