Kuehne + Nagel is hiring a Sea Logistics Customer Care Intern for its Mumbai operations — a hands-on Logistics & Supply Chain internship for 2026 freshers and final-year students (0 years of experience). You will work on sea logistics customer care, coordinating shipments, warehouse and transportation workflows using Supply Chain Management, Logistics Coordination, Advanced Excel alongside experienced supply-chain managers. This is a 6-month on-site at Mumbai programme. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis — apply early as openings are limited.

Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day sea logistics customer care and shipment coordination
• Track inventory, shipments and KPIs using Supply Chain Management, Logistics Coordination, Advanced Excel, Inventory Management
• Liaise with warehouse, transport, vendors and customers to resolve delays
• Prepare logistics reports and help improve process efficiency

Who can apply

• Pursuing or recently completed B.Com/BBA/B.E./B.Tech/MBA (Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics) or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Logistics Coordination, Advanced Excel
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfort with Advanced Excel and data; attention to detail
