What you'll do

  • Analyse customer, CRM and lifecycle data
  • Build segments and cohorts for targeting
  • Track retention, churn and engagement metrics
  • Build customer dashboards and reports
  • Turn customer data into actionable insight
  • Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

  • A relevant degree (B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA/MBA/M.Sc or similar)
  • Foundational knowledge of SQL, Excel, CRM Analytics, Segmentation
  • 0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong fundamentals welcome
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Based in or open to working from Pune
