Deshpande & Associates is hiring a TDS & Compliance Intern for its Kothrud, Pune office. This is a 3-month hybrid internship ideal for B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) students and freshers who want to build a strong foundation in accounting. As a TDS & Compliance Intern, you will compute and reconcile TDS, prepare and file TDS returns, track statutory due dates and maintain compliance trackers. You will work closely with experienced accountants and chartered accountants, gaining practical exposure to real client books, statutory compliance and day-to-day finance operations. Key responsibilities: • Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally / accounting software • Assist with TDS, GST, Compliance • Support reconciliations, documentation and month-end closing • Coordinate with the finance team on reporting and compliance This internship offers a certificate, a letter of recommendation and mentorship — and strong performers may receive a pre-placement offer. Skills you'll use
