Deshpande & Associates is hiring a Accounts Payable Intern for its Shivaji Nagar, Pune office. This is a 3-month in-office internship ideal for B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) students and freshers who want to build a strong foundation in accounting. As a Accounts Payable Intern, you will process vendor invoices, schedule payments, reconcile supplier statements and maintain the accounts-payable ledger. You will work closely with experienced accountants and chartered accountants, gaining practical exposure to real client books, statutory compliance and day-to-day finance operations. Key responsibilities: • Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally / accounting software • Assist with Tally, Excel, Accounts Payable • Support reconciliations, documentation and month-end closing • Coordinate with the finance team on reporting and compliance This internship offers a certificate, a letter of recommendation and mentorship — and strong performers may receive a pre-placement offer.
