Deshpande & Associates is hiring a Accountant Intern for its Hinjewadi, Pune office. This is a 4-month hybrid internship ideal for B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) students and freshers who want to build a strong foundation in accounting. As a Accountant Intern, you will maintain day-to-day books of accounts, record journal entries, perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing. You will work closely with experienced accountants and chartered accountants, gaining practical exposure to real client books, statutory compliance and day-to-day finance operations. Key responsibilities: • Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally / accounting software • Assist with Tally, MS Excel, Accounting • Support reconciliations, documentation and month-end closing • Coordinate with the finance team on reporting and compliance This internship offers a certificate, a letter of recommendation and mentorship — and strong performers may receive a pre-placement offer.
