About this internship

Deloitte India is hiring a HR Data Analyst Intern for its Hyderabad team — a hands-on Data Analyst internship for 2026 freshers and final-year students (0 years of experience). You will turn raw data into insights for hr, building queries, dashboards and reports with HR Analytics, Advanced Excel, SQL alongside senior analysts. Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Clean, analyse and visualise data for hr
• Build dashboards, KPIs and reports using HR Analytics, Advanced Excel, SQL, Data Analysis
• Translate numbers into clear, actionable business recommendations
• Partner with product, marketing, finance and operations teams on live projects

Who can apply

• Pursuing or recently completed B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA/B.Com/BBA/MBA (any analytical discipline) or equivalent
• Working knowledge of HR Analytics, Advanced Excel, SQL
• Comfort with spreadsheets, basic statistics and clear data storytelling
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
