  • Analyse operational and process data
  • Track operational KPIs and SLAs
  • Build dashboards and operational reports
  • Identify bottlenecks and improvement areas
  • Support data-driven operational decisions
  • Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

  • A relevant degree (B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA/MBA/M.Sc or similar)
  • Foundational knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, Process Analytics, Data Visualization
  • 0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong fundamentals welcome
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Based in or open to working from Pune
