What you'll do

  • Respond to all inbound enquiries and leads arriving via the company's marketing channels
  • Attend to and qualify leads, converting them into sales opportunities
  • Hand off qualified opportunities to quota-carrying account executives for closure
  • Run tele-calls and emails to convert prospects into opportunities
  • Manage inbound customer concerns and route them to the right customer-success executive
  • Build selling skills and product knowledge to grow into a client-service / sales-development role
