What you'll do

Research statutes and case law and prepare structured research notes.
Assist with drafting and first-pass review of routine contracts.
Maintain the contract and compliance tracker.
Support due-diligence document collection and indexing.
Document your work so the next person can pick it up

Who can apply

Education: pursuing or completed LL.B./BA LL.B./B.Com LL.B. or an equivalent law programme
Graduation year: 2025, 2026 or 2027 batch
Minimum 60% / 6.0 CGPA (relaxable for candidates with strong practical projects)
Technical skills: working knowledge of Legal Research, Drafting, Contract Review, Case Law Analysis
Soft skills: clear written communication, ownership, willingness to document work
Experience: none required — freshers welcome; prior projects or certifications are a plus
