What you'll do

• Designation: Assistant Manager - Business HR
• Location : Bhadla (Rajasthan)
• Rajasthan Cluster (Covering Barmer, Bhadla, Bikaner, Jaisalmer and nearby Solar EPC project sites)
• The Assistant Manager - HRBP (Site Operations) will act as the HR representative for Solar EPC project sites, ensuring strong employee connect, governance, workforce visibility, and compliance across assigned locations. The role will serve as the bridge between site employees and the Corporate HR team by proactively identifying concerns, driving employee experience, validating workforce information, and ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and processes.

Who can apply

• 4-6 years of plant/site HRBP
• Experience in project-based industries such as EPC, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Manufacturing, Construction, Mining, or Industrial Operations preferred.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed workforce is highly desirable.
