Oversee daily hotel operations across departments
Ensure exceptional guest experience and standards
Manage budgets, revenue and cost control
Lead, train and schedule operational teams
Handle escalations and vendor relationships
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

Relevant experience or strong fundamentals in Hospitality
Working knowledge of Hotel Operations, Team Management, Guest Experience, Revenue Management
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Sanquelim, Goa
