What you'll do

Identify and onboard channel partners effectively
Manage relationships with existing partners
Understand partner business needs and provide training
Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners
Monitor partner performance and sales achievement
Resolve partner-related issues promptly
Maintain clear communication with partners
Stay updated on product features and market trends
Prepare regular performance reports for partners

Who can apply

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Master's degree in Business Administration preferred
1-4 years of experience in channel sales or partner sales
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
Proficient knowledge in marketing strategies
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
