What you'll do

• Lead daily channel operations to achieve customer experience, productivity, quality, and compliance goals.
• Manage and coach team members, ensuring performance, engagement, and adherence to standard work.
• Monitor key operational metrics, identify gaps, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business plans and operational priorities.
• Manage workforce planning, capacity, and resource allocation based on volume and business requirements.
• Ensure process adherence, safety, quality, and operational excellence across the assigned channel.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and customer experience.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly performance reports and communicate business updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Support peak planning, new process implementation, and capacity ramp-up as required.
• Develop team capability through regular coaching, feedback, training, and performance management.
