Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Capacity Planning & Forecasting
• Own weekly and daily capacity plans across all channels (DSP, hubs, AMFLEX, and emerging) for the India network
• Develop and maintain short-term (D-1, D-7) capacity plans aligned with volume forecasts
• Build cycle-level volume predictions and translate them into actionable block and route plans
• Lead capacity planning for High Volume Events (HVEs) including Prime Day, ART events, and peak seasons, ensuring cost and capacity sufficiency
• Performance Monitoring & Analytics
• Track and analyze key capacity metrics including DPPH (Deliveries Per Productive Hour), assignment compliance, block mix, and ROBL (Return-on-Business-Load) across zones
• Conduct Daily Business Reviews (DBR), Weekly Business Reviews (WBR), and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) with actionable insights
• Identify capacity gaps, over/under-supply situations, and recommend corrective actions proactively
• Block Mix & Cost Optimization

Who can apply

• - 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• - 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
• - 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
• - Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• - Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
• - Experience with Excel
