What you'll do

Set up and manage reporting dashboards (Looker Studio, GA4, etc.) for internal and client-facing performance reviews
Analyze campaign data across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn to uncover actionable insights and optimization opportunities
Track user behavior using GA4 and event-based analytics to identify drop-offs, engagement patterns, and funnel performance
Collaborate with content, design, and paid media teams to align execution with strategic insights
Conduct competitor and industry benchmarking to provide perspective on performance
Own weekly/monthly reporting, flagging anomalies, trends, and opportunities proactively
Assist in performance forecasting and ROI modeling for media plans
You’ll Excel in This Role If You:
Have 2–4 years of experience in a digital agency or data-heavy marketing role
Are fluent in GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and ideally Looker Studio
