What you'll do

• In this role, you will have the opportunity to generate a detailed production schedule based on the production plan to make the best use of resources and meet established production specifications and schedules. Each day, you will feed information on production capacity issues and material availability. You will also showcase your skills by releasing manufacturing work orders.
• The work model for the role is: #LI – Onsite
• This role is contributing to the Automation – Energy division in-Bangalore-Nelamangala region in India. Main stakeholders are production, Procurement, Inventory, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance teams, and Vendors.

Who can apply

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication (ECE), Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related engineering disciplines.
• Possess 2-5 years of experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, Manufacturing Operations, Inventory Management, or related functions within OEM and manufacturing environments.
• Good knowledge of production planning, inventory control, shop floor operations, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), production scheduling, and capacity planning processes.
• Practical experience working with SAP/ERP systems, Bill of Materials (BOM), production orders, and manufacturing execution processes to support operational efficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP, with the ability to prepare MIS reports, KPI dashboards, and production performance analytics.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality standards, Kaizen methodologies, and continuous improvement practices within a manufacturing environment.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and support business requirements, including up to 10% travel.
