What you'll do

• Lead stakeholder discussions, facilitate requirement gathering sessions, and resolve cross-functional conflicts.
• Translate high-level business objectives into clear, actionable requirements.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts, ensuring quality and consistency in documentation and deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
• Utilize data analytics and KPIs to support strategic planning and business decisions.
• Manage and track deliverables using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma, Balsamiq, or Power BI.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story creation.
• Oversee UAT planning, manage defect life cycles, and ensure change management compliance.

Who can apply

• Conduct workshops, deliver product demos, and provide end-user training when required.
• Minimum 2-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT Software Service domains.
• Proficient in business process modeling, requirement gathering, and data analysis.
• Skilled in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, and other business analysis platforms.
• Demonstrated expertise in the service industry, particularly IT services.
• Capability to support and collaborate on both pre-sales and post-sales Business Analysis (BA) activities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
