What you'll do

• Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Search, Google Demand Gen, Meta, LinkedIn, Demandbase, Reddit aligned to product and sector priorities across F&B and Accommodation.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategy, and pacing to hit CPL, CPA, and pipeline targets.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing of ad creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using platform analytics, Looker Studio, and internal dashboards; provide regular optimisation recommendations.
• Support account-based marketing initiatives, including audience list building and enrichment for target accounts.
• Collaborate with Digital Product Owners to align paid media activity with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and funnel stage objectives.
• Ensure accurate UTM tagging, conversion tracking, and attribution setup across all campaigns.
• Stay current with platform updates, auction dynamics, and industry benchmarks across hospitality paid media.
• Contribute to multi-channel performance reporting, including data drawn from pipeline, SQL performance, and multi-touch attribution sources.
• Essential Requirements

Who can apply

• Hands-on, day-to-day campaign management experience with:
• Meta Ads Manager
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Proven track record managing paid media budgets and delivering against lead and pipeline targets, ideally in a B2B or demand generation context.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into optimisation actions.
