What you'll do

• Responsibilities
• Industry Expertise
• Apply your knowledge of the ITeS sector to shape a transformation strategy aligned to the customer's business outcomes, improving delivery efficiency, automating processes at scale, and enabling new AI-led service lines. Challenge and guide the organisation through constructive conversations about their business and technology.
• Strategic Customer Engagement
• Develop a full understanding of the customer's business needs, priorities, and strategies, and deliver new insights that help them address those priorities jointly with Microsoft. Demonstrate long-term, differentiated value, and proactively build relationships across multiple levels of the customer's organisation to secure alignment and execution. Keep the bigger picture in view, absorbing complex information and bringing creative, conceptual problem-solving to every engagement.
• Business Relationship Owner
• Define the strategic vision and lead the transformation alongside the customer's CxO-level technology, digital, and business decision-makers. This calls for strong leadership and the confidence to challenge conventional thinking — because your success is measured by your customer's success.
• Customer development and growth
• You will develop and execute a strategic and tactical business plan aligned with Microsoft goals and objectives for managed customers to grow their IP business along with increasing internal AI and cloud consumption
• Customers Sales and Acceleration

Who can apply

• Required Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 2+ years experience working in an ITeS industry and/or driving digital transformation OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in ITeS and/or driving digital transformation OR equivalent experience.
