What you'll do

• 1. Loss Recovery & Cost Optimization: Partner with Seller Loss Prevention (SLP) to implement and scale Loss Recovery program
• 2. Launch programs to drive down CPS for middle mile pickup channel.
• 3. Quality & Compliance Excellence: Work closely with TRC team to develop and execute comprehensive TRC audit execution plan and ensure compliance with operational standards across all partner facilities
• 4. Create and collaborate with partner teams create network optimization strategies and partner with operations team to establish and drive seamless operations. Create comprehensive partner engagement strategy
• 5. Lead partner engagement initiatives and conduct detailed cost calculations by launching Partner scorecard system to track performance metrics
• Establish Partner escalation management mechanism for issue resolution
• Conduct monthly Partner MBR (Monthly Business Reviews)
• Design and implement Partner Recognition & Rewards (R&R) program

Who can apply

• - 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
• - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
